Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) professional to design, develop, and manage analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating dashboards, datasets, dataflows, recipes, and implementing actionable insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop CRM Analytics dashboards , lenses , and datasets to deliver key business insights.
- Build and maintain dataflows , recipes , and bindings within CRM Analytics.
- Integrate Salesforce data with external sources (via Data Manager, connectors, or APIs).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and effective data governance within CRMA.
- Work with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to align analytics with broader CRM strategy.
- Implement security predicates , row-level security , and sharing inheritance in datasets.
- Develop documentation, training, and best practices for CRMA usage.
- Support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain dashboards as per business needs.
