Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Branding to lead the strategic and creative development of the V-Rich brand. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in brand strategy, communication design, digital engagement, and consumer insights , preferably within the FMCG, D2C, clean-label, or guilt-free products and desserts domain. This role demands a balance of creativity, analytical acumen, and leadership excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Identity

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business goals.
• Establish and maintain a strong, unified brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
• Define brand architecture, positioning, tone, and visual language for the entire product portfolio.
• Develop a compelling brand narrative that emotionally resonates with consumers and fosters lasting recall.
