Role : E-commerce QA Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce QA Specialist to validate and ensure the functional accuracy of our e-commerce systems.

You will drive quality assurance across the entire customer journey-testing workflows, conducting UAT, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform end-to-end functional testing of e-commerce modules : browsing, product search, cart, checkout, payments, and order tracking.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders before every release.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
• Validate integrations with external systems, including ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and logistics platforms.
• Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, regression suites, and validation scripts.
• Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and post-production verification.
