Role Description

We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager and Collection Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruvuru. The responsibilities of this role include driving branch-level sales, achieving business revenue targets, and overseeing collection activities. The manager will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure timely loan disbursement, and maintain compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role involves engaging with customers, conducting field visits, addressing grievances, and ensuring effective communication between branch staff and senior management.

• Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in microfinance or small business lending
• Familiarity with local market dynamics in Nuzvid is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
