Responsible for managing hotel finances, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cost control. Ensures financial health and supports strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

Monitor cash flow and manage working capital

Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)

Implement internal controls and cost-saving measures

Lead and develop the finance team

Qualifications :

8+ years in hospitality finance, 1+ years in a managerial role

Proficient in hotel financial systems (IDS is preferred)

Strong analytical and leadership skills

Good communication skills.
