Role Overview :
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team as an Associate Manager. The role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and contributing to strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities :
A) Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, etc.).
Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by coordinating with auditors and preparing required schedules.
B) Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Provide insights to management for effective cost control and financial planning.
C) Accounts & Operations
Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closure activities.
Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor / customer reconciliations.
Ensure timely processing of payroll, reimbursements, and other employee-related financial activities.
D) Management Reporting
Prepare MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
Analyze financial data to provide recommendations on business performance and profitability.
E) Process Improvement
Implement best practices in financial controls and automation.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements :
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Ind-AS, Companies Act, Direct & Indirect Taxes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (Tally / Zoho preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
1–3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, or audit (Big 4 / article experience will be an added advantage).
Exposure to SaaS / technology / startup environments preferred but not mandatory.
