About the Role : We are seeking a

strategic, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns across all digital platforms while turning analytics into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement

comprehensive digital marketing strategies

focusing on data analysis and ROI.

Lead, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team to align with business objectives.

Manage

SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing

Conduct

site audits

and monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, bounce rate, and conversion rates.

Analyze performance metrics using

Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other BI tools

, providing actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create

high-impact campaigns

aligned with brand performance.

Develop

quarterly campaign plans

and submit

weekly brand performance reports

to management.

Handle

budget management

, ensuring cost-effective advertising spend.

Stay updated on

digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with

at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.

Proficiency in

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio

Familiarity with

marketing automation & CRM platforms

like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

Excellent

leadership, communication, and project management skills

Performance Metrics :

Organic lead generation

Off-page SEO performance

Brand performance strategy

Quarterly campaign planning

Weekly brand performance reporting to management

Team handling, training, and guidance

Site audit and analytic reporting
