Job description

🎯 Role Objective :

To support the PMS Lead in managing performance data across different divisions by delivering accurate analytics, engaging with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities :

  • Collect, clean, and analyse performance data to generate actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of PMS metrics across divisions
  • Assist in refining performance frameworks, KPIs, and review mechanisms
  • Support change management and process improvement initiatives

📊 Required Skills & Competencies :

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, HR analytics, or performance management
  • Proficiency in Excel, Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau, and data visualization tools will be additional advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple divisions
  • Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
