- Strategize, create, and deploy engaging digital content across platforms for the full customer journey (acquisition conversion retention)
Key Tasks :
Digital content strategy : Orchestrate strategy across online platforms; plan, create, and disseminate content (infographics, case studies, blogs, video shorts); social media and email marketing; website management; implement SEO best practices; video storyboarding; facilitate creative briefs while working with digital & design agencies.Campaign management : Drive traffic and engagement that translate to sales / brand building; automate the digital customer journey from awareness to conversion.Online sales enablement : Communicate value proposition; create online sales tools, training material, and collaterals; facilitate webinars; liaise with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver marketing campaigns.Community building : Build community on my.biofuelcircle.com.Opportunity :
