Purpose of the Role

To manage and oversee all quality, safety, and documentation activities across the AI / Data Center project, ensuring compliance with standards, safety adherence, and accurate project records. The Manager – QSD is responsible for developing and implementing quality and safety protocols, monitoring project activities, managing documentation processes, and coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to support seamless execution, risk mitigation, and successful handover of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and oversee quality and safety management systems in compliance with standards and regulations.

2. Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and best practices across all disciplines.

3. Manage all project documentation, including quality records, safety reports, inspection logs, and handover documents.

4. Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to identify gaps, non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

5. Lead and mentor the QSD team, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and compliance.

6. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to align quality and safety requirements throughout execution.

7. Support project handover and prepare QSD reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management.

BE Civil / Mechanical
