Job Title : Internal Communications and Editorial (Sales & Marketing)
JOB PURPOSE
To develop impactful content and coordinate across internal channels, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and relevance for employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deliver high-quality written content such as creative emailers and other communication assets tailored for diverse internal audiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Corporate Units, and Brand to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Coordinate for planning and execution of editorials including monthly newsletters / annual publications by collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely, engaging delivery.
- Steer interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support and execute communication initiatives effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in internal communications to bring fresh, innovative approaches that enhance employee engagement.
Technical Skills

1-3 years of experience in internal communications / journalism, preferably within the services industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
