Those in internal audit at PwC help build, optimise and deliver end-to-end internal audit services to clients in all industries. This includes IA function setup and transformation, co-sourcing, outsourcing and managed services, using AI and other risk technology and delivery models. IA capabilities are combined with other industry and technical expertise, in areas like cyber, forensics and compliance, to address the full spectrum of risks. Job Description & Summary : A career within….

Responsibilities :

Operational efficiency and service delivery

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to guide the team and resolve issues
• Leverage technology (e.g., automation tools, AI, data analytics) to enhance operational efficiency
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
• Apply critical thinking to bring structure to unstructured problems
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
• Perform QC reviews of client deliverables
• Run RCA and assist Managers with escalation management Team management
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance
• Manage team schedules, allocate resources, and ensure efficient workload distribution
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvements
• Support performance reviews and implement training and development initiatives
• Develop and maintain internal training modules for business processes
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training new team members
