Email Fraud Reviewer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented contractor to review incoming emails and identify potential phishing, social engineering, spam, or fraud attempts. This is a non-technical role – you won’t need to use specialist tools – but you should have a sharp eye for suspicious or malicious email content, strong English skills, and some prior corporate work experience.

Responsibilities

Review and assess emails for potential phishing, social engineering, spam, or fraud.

Flag suspicious messages in line with provided guidelines.

Maintain accuracy and consistency in assessments.

Requirements

University degree.

Strong written and verbal English skills.

Prior corporate work experience.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to recognise phishing or spam content (similar to corporate security awareness training).

Reliable and able to start immediately.

Desired Skills

Experience in a similar role (email review, trust & safety, content moderation, fraud detection).
