    • Develop and execute sales strategies for modern trade and institutional accounts within the health & beauty industry.
    • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders to expand market presence in Gurugram and beyond.
    • Monitor and analyse sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and delivery processes.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the retail sector.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful MT & Institutional Sales professional should have :

    • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales within the retail or health & beauty industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • The ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
