Job Title : Senior Lead AEM Frontend Developer Experience : 8–10 yearsLocation : BangaloreEmployment Type : Full-TimeJob Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Lead AEM Frontend Developer to join our client in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern frontend technologies like React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . You will lead frontend development efforts on AEM-based digital platforms, working closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, scalable, and performant web experiences.Key Responsibilities : Lead frontend architecture, design, and development for AEM-based websites and applications.Collaborate with UX / UI teams to implement pixel-perfect designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React / Angular).Integrate frontend components with AEM authoring capabilities and templates.Develop custom AEM components / templates using HTL (Sightly) and front-end best practices.Optimize website performance and ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.Provide mentorship to junior developers and lead code reviews.Work with cross-functional teams including backend AEM developers, DevOps, and QA.Stay updated on frontend and AEM trends, advocating best practices and new technologies.Ensure accessibility, SEO compliance, and security standards in frontend implementations.Required Skills & Experience : 8–10 years of total frontend development experience with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .Proven expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and modern JS frameworks like React.js and / or Angular .Hands-on experience developing custom AEM components, templates, and client libraries .Familiarity with AEM authoring interface , editable templates, and content fragments.Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.Proficient in using version control (Git) , CI / CD pipelines , and agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Preferred Qualifications : Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Developer or Architect) is a plus.Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.Knowledge of Node.js, Webpack, Babel, and frontend build tools is an advantage.Why Join Us?
