Required Skills & Qualifications

Location : Bengaluru (Hybrid)

• Experience : 8+ years of professional experience in AEM development, with at least 2+ years focused on AEM as a Cloud Service .
• Technical Proficiency :
• Backend : Expert in Java , the OSGi framework, Apache Sling, and the JCR (Jackrabbit Oak).
• Frontend : Strong proficiency in HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is highly preferred.
• AEM-specific : Mastery of AEM core components, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and the AEM Dispatcher.
• Cloud & DevOps :
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Manager , Git, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Problem-Solving : Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex AEM and Java-based applications.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certifications (Nice to Have) : Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer or Architect.
