Description and Requirements

• Manage and oversee the reconciliation process within the Aladdin system, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions and positions.
• Identify and investigate exceptions within established time parameters.
• Escalate and work closely with clients and custodian banks to ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
• Ability to effectively manage, research / resolutions / follow-ups for closure of open items, cash, and position breaks.
• Manage and analyze SWIFT messages, ensuring proper communication and settlement of transactions between financial institutions.
• Possess a thorough understanding of capital markets, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
• Should have knowledge of trade life cycle.
• Implement and maintain data governance and data quality frameworks. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across all systems and processes.
• Manage SLAs and customer escalations.
• Flexible working on all holidays and shift timings (Night).
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to foresee and respond proactively on the floor.
• Providing Stateside partners and leadership team status updates for work progress.
• High energy and resilience level.
