About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst at Equist Consulting, you will play a key role in supporting client engagements, conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing insights that drive impact. This role is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, highly organized, and passionate about productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Delivery Support
- Assist in designing and delivering workshops, training programs, and consulting projects
- Develop high-quality delivery presentations, reports, and tools for client engagements.
- Coordinate with clients for scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
2. Research & Analysis
Conduct research on productivity, organizational behavior, and industry trends.Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.Track and evaluate the impact of Equist’s programs using surveys and metrics.3. Knowledge Development
Contribute to the building of internal knowledge repositories and frameworksSynthesize best practices and case studies to strengthen Equist’s offerings.4. Business Development
Support business development by preparing proposals, pitch decks, and case studies.Contribute to marketing initiatives such as newsletters, blogs, and social media campaigns.Coordinate with the founder on brand-building and thought leadership content.Qualifications & Skills
Strong interest in productivity, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).1–3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, research, business development, or program management.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.High level accountability and ownershipExcellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills (client-facing presentation skills are a plus).Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, Gen AI toolsWhat we offer
