Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Engineer to prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submissions for interior fit-out projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge of materials, and coordination with design and project teams to ensure competitive and compliant tenders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications for interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) , material take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to validate quantities and specifications.
- Liaise with vendors / subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
- Assist in value engineering by suggesting cost-saving alternatives.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, standards, and codes.
- Support senior management in tender clarifications and negotiations.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, MEP quantities, and joinery .Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.Analytical and detail-oriented approach.Good understanding of drawings, specifications, and tender requirements.Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.1–3 years' experience in estimation / BOQ preparation in interior fit-out.=======================================================================

Job Summary :
We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage the complete process of tender documentation and submission for interior fit-out projects. The role involves preparing technical and commercial documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.
Key Responsibilities :
Review tender notices and identify relevant opportunities.Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents (technical & commercial).Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to gather required inputs.Maintain a database of tender documents, clarifications, and submissions.Ensure that all documents comply with client / authority requirements.Track deadlines and ensure timely submission (online & offline).Liaise with clients, consultants, and government / private portals for tender-related queries.Assist in post-tender follow-ups and clarifications.Skills & Competencies :
Strong organizational and documentation skills.Familiarity with tender portals and e-procurement systems.Good communication and coordination abilities.Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF handling).Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Qualifications :
