Key Responsibilities :

Sales and Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and investment preferences.

AUM Growth : Drive the expansion of Assets Under Management (AUM) by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic solutions.

Investment Advisory : Offer expert investment advice and financial planning services, using market insights to craft tailored portfolios.

Collaboration : Work with internal teams—including wealth management, research, and compliance—to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Market Analysis : Keep abreast of market trends and economic developments to guide investment strategies and provide timely advice.

Client Engagement : Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and events to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Private Banker or in a similar client-facing role within financial services. Minimum investment book size of INR100cr.

Strong track record in managing client relationships and increasing AUM.

Deep knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with high-net-worth individuals.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CFP) are a plus.
