Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR cum Administrative Assistant based in Gurugram. The role involves supporting daily HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating meetings, and upholding effective communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations including documentation, onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and coordinating communication with applicants.
  • Manage general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Organize meetings, manage schedules, and handle internal communication.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and notices as required.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure timely updates to HR systems.
  • Provide executive-level administrative assistance when needed.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and uphold professional phone and communication etiquette.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, clerical work, and HR support functions.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and office management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Office Timings : 9 : 30 to 6 : 30 PM .
  • Working Days : Monday to Saturday.
