Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mavelikkara. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Other duties include developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training sessions, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Labour Laws, and Compliance
• Skills in Training and Development, and Employee Benefits Management
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently
• Experience in HR software and management systems is a plus
• Masters degree in Human Resources
