Experience Designer [T500-20334]

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate the design intent to define the experience across one to two product and / or project teams focusing on digital channels with exposure and support of multi-channel experiences.
• Assists the primary designer in defining the supporting strategy across one to two product and / or project teams to create multi-channel experiences across physical and digital channel touchpoints.
• Understands Service Design, Design Thinking, and Human Centered Design to meet the evolving needs of the business, the customer, the employee and the brand.
• Ability to translate business goals and product requirements into a cohesive and consistent experience.
• Participate in a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Continuous improvement of the customer experiences related to assigned product and / or project team(s).
• Knowledge of various brand guidelines, pattern conventions and standards, and process efficiencies related to quality assurance and center or excellence / discipline maturity.
• Work well independently.
