Job Title : Web Designer

Location : Pune (On-site / Hybrid)

Experience Required : 3 Years

Salary Range : 40,000 – 50,000 per month

Availability : Immediate Joiners Only

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer with a strong command of the latest web design tools and trends . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience and a proven portfolio of modern, user-centric web designs. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning, intuitive, and responsive websites that align with brand identity and user experience goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Design modern, responsive websites using the latest UI / UX principles

Create design assets, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

Use tools like Figma , Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms for design workflows

Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to translate business goals into high-quality web experiences

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility in design

Maintain consistency in visual elements and branding across projects

Stay updated with current web design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Tools :

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer

Expertise in modern design tools : Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator

Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach

Good understanding of HTML5 / CSS3 (coding knowledge is a plus, not mandatory)

Ability to create clean, engaging, and user-friendly UI designs

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

Experience working in a startup or agile environment is a plus

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
