Talent Acquisition Specialist (SaaS / IT)

Role : Source & Screen - Recruitment (IT Recruitment)

Responsibilities :

• Identify and source the candidates from job boards / Gr8 People / Indeed / LinkedIn and other sites.
• Meet the monthly hire goals.
• Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities.
• Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
• Update and track candidates in ATS / GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time.
• Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
• Work all assigned job orders until covered.
• Attend daily / weekly req. meeting.
• Establish relationships with consultants.
• Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
• Meet or exceed weekly / monthly expectations.
• Conduct Text recruit / email campaigns
