Job descriptionDesigning, developing, and deploying Oracle PCS workflows to automate business processes. Building and maintaining database objects, procedures, functions, and packages in Oracle PL / SQL to support PCS / OIC integrations. Collaborating with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into PCS process flows and human tasks. Integrating PCS solutions with Oracle SaaS applications (Fusion HCM, Finance, SCM) and other enterprise systems via OIC integrations. Developing custom UI forms using Oracle VBCS to support process workflows. Optimizing SQL queries and ensuring efficient database interaction for process execution. Troubleshooting, optimizing, and enhancing existing PCS and PL / SQL components for performance and reliability. Ensuring compliance with security, governance, and integration standards across all PCS and PL / SQL implementations. Supporting UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live enhancements. Preparing technical design documents, deployment guides, and user documentation.
