Key Responsibilities Client Coordination & Support
- Manage client onboarding, KYC & documentation
- Coordinate engagement letters & communication
- Follow up for data & approvals
- Maintain task dashboards & status tracking
Internal Operations
Manage partner & team calendarsDaily task tracking & operational follow-upsMaintain attendance, leave & productivity reportsCoordinate internal meetings & reviewsFinance & Admin
Support invoicing follow-ups & payment trackingVendor coordination & office expense managementPetty cash & basic procurementMaintain office registers & filesHR & Hiring Support
