Job Title : Operations Executive

📍 Location : Kochi, Kerala

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations within the EdTech space . This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth execution of academic and non-academic processes, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering high-quality support for learners and faculty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor academic and operational activities across courses and batches.
  • Support scheduling of classes, manage timetables, and ensure timely communication with faculty and students.
  • Manage LMS (Learning Management System) content uploads, student access, and digital resource maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records related to enrollments, attendance, assessments, and feedback.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving operational issues between academic teams, tech support, and students.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new students and mentors, providing necessary administrative assistance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Academic, Product, Sales, Customer Support) to improve process efficiency.
  • Track key operational metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports, dashboards, and documentation to monitor process performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred : education, business, or operations).
  • –3 years of relevant experience in EdTech operations or academic coordination .
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace .
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in academic planning, digital classroom coordination, or student engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with EdTech tools and platforms .
  • Experience in managing faculty coordination and content management workflows.
