Hiring Business / National Sales Head - HoReCa for our portfolio company - Celcius Cold Chain Logistics

Job Summary :
The National Sales Head HoReCa will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading Celcius business in the HoReCa vertical across India. This leader will drive strategy, business development, key account acquisition, and revenue growth, while managing a national sales team and building long-term partnerships in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement national sales & growth strategy for HoReCa.
- Acquire and manage large HoReCa clients (hotel chains, QSRs, cloud kitchens, institutional caterers).
- Build partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with operations & product teams for customized solutions.
- Drive P&L responsibility and revenue targets for the HoReCa vertical.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team.
- Track market trends, competition, and customer insights for business 8-10 years of experience in Sales / BD, with strong HoReCa exposure.
- Background in Cold Chain / Logistics / FMCG / F&B distribution preferred.
- Proven success in scaling national sales & achieving revenue growth.
- Strong network in the HoReCa sector (hotels, restaurants, catering).
- Experience in P&L management, negotiation & strategic planning.
- MBA / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
