Job descriptionLead capital markets and BFSI mandates including IPO communications, investor relations, and shareholder engagement Advise CXOs and boards on reputation management and strategic communication for complex transactions Build and manage communication strategies for crisis situations across BFSI clients Conduct research, peer benchmarking, and market scanning to provide insight-led advisory Develop and mentor teams to deliver excellence in client service and execution 15-18 years of experience in BFSI, capital markets, investor relations, or financial communications Strong credentials in reputation management, crisis handling, and advisory at a leadership level Deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory landscape, and BFSI ecosystem Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver impact in complex environments
