SigniTeq - Citrix Administrator - XenApp / XenDesktop

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Citrix Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in either Pune or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our Citrix virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Citrix technologies, server administration, and network fundamentals to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities : & Management :

• Administer, monitor, and maintain the Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for load balancing, VPN, and application delivery.
• Perform regular health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning for Citrix infrastructure.
• Manage user profiles, policies, and application access within Citrix environments.
• Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to Citrix components and related server & Support :
• Provide expert-level support for all Citrix-related issues, including application publishing, virtual desktop access, and performance problems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and underlying server operating systems.
• Collaborate with other IT teams (Network, Server, Security) to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in knowledge base & Design :
• Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of new Citrix solutions and upgrades.
• Configure and optimize Citrix environments for optimal user experience and resource utilization.
• Assist in evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance the existing & Security :
• Monitor the overall health, performance, and security of the Citrix environment.
• Implement and enforce security best practices for Citrix infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry & Reporting :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Citrix configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, usage, and Skills & Qualifications : : 3-7 years of hands-on experience as a Citrix Expertise :
• Mandatory : Strong proficiency in Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop (versions 7.x preferred).
• Mandatory : Solid experience with Citrix NetScaler (ADC) configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Mandatory : Proficient in Windows Server administration (Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019) including Active

Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
