Key Responsibilities : 1. Bulk Hiring :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring project through the ATS.
- Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating the selection process over call.
2. Goal Achievement :
Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets as per organizational goals.Effectively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure hiring deadlines are met.3. Coordination & Reporting :
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for smooth onboarding processes.Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment data, and reports for review.4. Stakeholder Management :
Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.Liaise with team members and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.KEY REQUIREMENTS : 1. Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms. Goal-oriented and capable of managing time effectively.Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and hiring processes.2. Attributes :
