Creative Design Lead

Hiring for a USA based multinational Software Company

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual design, a passion for creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals. You will work on a variety of projects, including digital marketing materials, branding, social media graphics, print designs, and more.

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media including social media posts, brochures, logos, banners, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.
• Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and layouts for campaigns and promotional use.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Prepare final designs for production, ensuring accurate color, typography, and layout.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI / UX design is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content creation.
• Knowledge of print production and pre-press processes.
