Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker at Augustus Transport LLC, based in Gurgaon. The Freight Broker will manage the day-to-day logistics of freight transportation while serving as the liaison between shippers and carriers. Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating freight rates, managing client accounts, and ensuring timely and efficient dispatching. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to meet daily goals and uphold client satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes to coordinate shipments effectively
• Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain and build strong relationships with clients
• Skills in Dispatching to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of freight
• Account Management expertise to oversee and develop client accounts for long-term growth
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, business, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of logistics software or tools would be an advantage
