We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Skills and Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in HR management or related field.Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Skills Required
