Manager - Internal Audit

Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking an individual who will be responsible for Audit planning, carry out field work, report writing & discussion of audit issues with Paints Management of JSW Paints and its subsidiaries.

Carry out internal audits of various paints plants & New Acquisitions, as per approved Audit Plan.

Prepare a draft report and discuss with process owners.

Issue final audit report

To do testing of Internal Financial Controls / ICFR.

Keep track of agreed action plans and prepare Action Taken Report in LARS.

The role requires travelling across paints locations (8 to 10 days a month)

Background :

We are looking for Chartered Accountant with 3 -5 years of core experience in Internal Audit in the Manufacturing set-up or Big 4 firms.

Competencies :

Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills

Should have experience working on SAP

Good at Stakeholders Management
