Responsibilities :
- Able to do the issues resolution on A360 Platform .
- Provide help to support team for initial level of resolution.
- Raise Ticket and work with OEM for Technical support on RPA tool
- Root Cause Analysis and preventive measure implementations
- Process Handover KT, checklist review and implementation.
- Implement and adhere to processes as shared by for production support
- Bot Monitoring and restarting the BOTs
- Minor Bug Fixes and execution Config file preparation
- Daily execution Report
- Adhoc Job scheduling and execution
