RESPONSIBILITIES :

Coordinate and schedule interviews for roles of all levels, from IC to senior leadership.

• Partner with executive assistants, recruiters, and sources to streamline scheduling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Provide stellar candidate experience by addressing all candidates' needs and ensuring process moves efficiently.
• Provide any ad hoc support for events, meetings, etc. beyond interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Generate and analyse recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process.
