Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, generating and building relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include identifying market opportunities, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Sales and Relationship Building skills
Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Sales Team Management
Market Research and Opportunity Identification skills
Contract Negotiation and Proposal Preparation skills
Strong Communication and Presentation skills
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the exhibition or event management industry is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
