Job Summary
We are Looking for a Male / Female Smart and Professional Front Office Executive to Greet and address the needs of the client.
Responsibilities and Duties
Attend Clients, Billing, and Maintain records of the Visiting Personnel, Addressing Phone Calls with all basic etiquette, Scheduling, and informing client family members about their next visit. Reporting to authorities, other colleagues, and overall hospital maintenance.
Key Skills
Effective Communication Skills, Multi-tasking capacities, Strong working knowledge on Basic Computer skills such as MS Office, Photoshop, etc., Organizational skills, Creative and Problem-Solving Skills, Handling various Clients, Leadership skills and Advertising.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Two years of experience at Hospitals can apply.
