Cross-Functional Project Coordinator

Role Overview

The Projects function acts as a bridge between client requirements and internal execution teams. This role involves managing end-to-end product development projects — from understanding client briefs to ensuring timely delivery of final products by coordinating with cross-functional teams like R&D, packaging, design, purchase, production, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs, technical requirements, and design expectations for new product developments.
• Translate client needs into actionable internal project briefs.
• Collaborate with R&D for formulation readiness, packaging team for component development, and design for artwork alignment.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines, trackers, and status reports.
• Manage project communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure product feasibility, cost targets, and quality standards are met at each development stage.
• Track approvals, samples, trials, and final dispatch readiness.
• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks proactively to meet launch timelines.
• Present project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
