Performance Tester - LoadRunner

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Performance Testing and Load Runner professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and detailed performance testing and analysis to ensure the software meets the high-quality standards.

You will be using LoadRunner to simulate system demand and check its response to understand the behavior under different load types. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying bottlenecks, providing solutions to performance problems, and making sure our software products are ready to be deployed in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance test cases and scripts using LoadRunner or similar tools.
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
• Generate test data for non-functional requirements and monitor system performance during testing.
• Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
