Immediate Openings for Maintenance and Engineering manager for Virinchi Peoples Hospital, Hyderabad.

Job title : Manager

Department :   Maintenance & Engineering

Reporting to : Head Maintenance & Engineering

Experience : 5-10 years

Note : Candidates experienced in Hospital filed are preferred.

Job Summary :   To assist and coordinate functions related to civil / mechanical / electrical / water supply / sewage.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for liaison with the government agencies such as State electricity Board / Pollution Control Board / Water Supply / GHMC and other Department related to maintenance activity.
• Responsible for overall maintenance functions;
• Monitor departmental activities;
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs;
• Responsible for active participation in training programs;
• Responsible for coordination of developmental projects;
• Ensuring proper take over and handing over;
• Responsible for close supervision;
• responsible for proper maintenance work undertaken;
• Responsible for handling issues and report the same to the head of the department.
