Role : SuperProcure is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will bring high energy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies across both technical and non-technical domains. This individual will play a key role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent aligned with our culture and vision.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with relevant industry experience—particularly in SaaS, technology services, or fast-growing startups—to contribute meaningfully to the scaling of a mission-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with internal teams, and closing positions within defined timelines.
• Possess strong understanding of current technology trends and the skill sets required for various technical roles.
• Demonstrate expertise in strategic sourcing, including job postings, recruitment platforms, employer branding initiatives, and LinkedIn-based outreach.
• Experienced in using applicant tracking systems (ATS); prior involvement in recruitment process automation or ATS implementation is an added advantage.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective interview coordination, stakeholder engagement, and managing the offer-to-joining experience.
• Familiar with key recruitment metrics such as scorecards, vendor performance evaluation, and candidate satisfaction surveys.
• Capable of designing and executing structured evaluation methods, including written assessments, technical tests, and interview scorecards.
