MVS ACMEI Technologies - Production Planning & Control Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a hands-on PPC Specialist with a strong academic background (Masters / PhD in Operations Research, Mathematics, or Statistics) who has already developed production scheduling tools and frameworks in a manufacturing setting. The candidate will be responsible for establishing end-to-end PPC systems across all manufacturing departments (Plastics, Steel Strapping, and allied products). Once successful systems are in place and departmental teams are trained, this role will evolve into a leadership position heading PPC across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

1. System Development (Hands-On)

• Design and implement production scheduling tools and frameworks for each department.
• Develop advanced models using optimization, queuing, and statistical forecasting to balance demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Automate planning dashboards integrated with ERP (ERPNext / Zoho / SAP).
• Create "what-if" scenarios and simulation models for decision-making.
