are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations and Planning Specialist to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand planning, inventory replenishment, master data accuracy, and coordination with global logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and cross-functional alignment across regional supply chain functions.
Key & Supply Planning :
- Develop and maintain robust demand and supply planning models to support business objectives.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to forecast inventory
requirements accurately.
Collaborate with global planning and logistics teams to ensure material and product availability.Inventory Optimization :
Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and reduce stockout risks.Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.Provide visibility into slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB) and drive reduction plans with Sales and Marketing teams.SIOP / Integrated Planning :
Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process, including data consolidation, preparation, and insights generation.Ensure data accuracy and consistency in the ERP system; maintain master data and planning parameters effectively.Product Lifecycle & Logistics Coordination :
Manage product lifecycle transitions, including rollovers and end-of-life planning, to maintain availability and mitigate inventory risks.Collaborate with third-party vendors and logistics providers to improve lead times, service levels, and delivery reliability.Risk Management & Stakeholder Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
