Specialist Supply Planning TG

About this Position :

Responsible for planning Traded Goods (TG) demands across intercompany networks and maintaining accurate material master data and planning parameters. This role ensures optimal inventory levels, cost-effective procurement, and reliable supply to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.

What you´ll do :

• Plans Traded Goods demands within Intercompany (EU, NA, APAC; IMEA) according to lead times across IMEA
• Maintains Traded Goods material master data and planning parameters (SAP, APO SNP)
• Defines TG material safety stocks and monitors the stock against the inventory target and reduces slow- and non-movers in IMEA
• Ensure that Traded Goods are ordered in the most cost-effective way and that TG Material stocks are kept at the targeted service & inventory levels.
• Escalates availability and delivery issues with suppliers to IMEA TG Planning Manager, especially if shortage could be an issue for customer line stop
• Checks order confirmations and follow up on open orders, monitor punctuality and delivered volumes, if any preponement needed communicate with IC CSX team to take prompt actions for not causing any delays
• Ensure the KPIs are aligned with the targets (L16 scrap, OSMI, DOS, POT-C) 􀀀Leads S&OE meetings effectively
