Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist

5+ years of QA experience in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud

• Salesforce Admin certification preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with developers and business analysts
• Understanding Salesforce solution design and user stories to ensure alignment with business needs
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira
• Ability to manage deliverables within the team and alongside third-party partners
• Independently handling test design, execution, and defect resolution
• Expertise in maintaining a Regression Test Suite to uphold functionality across key capabilities
• Experience with QA automation (using Leapwork, Playwright), including maintaining and enhancing automation suites.
