We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Telecaller cum Receptionist who will be the face and voice of our clinic. This role combines front-desk patient hospitality with active tele calling and marketing support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a genuine desire to ensure patients feel welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Patient Experience
- Greet every patient with a warm smile and ensure a pleasant experience from the moment they enter.
- Ensure the clinic environment is always welcoming — diffuser is on, welcome sign is on, dental chair and operatory are ready.
- Offer water, tea, or comfort items to patients as needed.
- Guide patients to their appointments and handle their queries with empathy and patience.
Telecalling & Coordination
Make outbound calls to leads generated via Meta / Instagram, Google Ads, or referrals.Follow up with all leads and nurture them into confirmed appointments.Reconnect with past patients for loyalty and referral program participation.Send appointment reminders and post-visit thank-you messages or follow-ups.Sales Support & Marketing
Track the performance of marketing campaigns and patient acquisition sources.Maintain a CRM or lead tracker for all inquiries and follow-ups.Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and patient outreach.Assist in social media planning, WhatsApp broadcast messages, and occasional content brainstorming.Daily Operations Support
Ensure the reception area and patient lounge are neat, welcoming, and functioning.Coordinate with the dental team to ensure schedules run smoothly.Maintain inventory of reception supplies (forms, tokens, refreshments, etc.).Skills Required
