Job Description : ServiceNow Platform Solution Consultant

Experience : 8+ years

Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Solution Consultant with 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. The role requires expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc, along with strong scripting, integrations, and solution consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation – Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Development & Customization – Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, script includes, and custom applications.
• Integrations – Develop REST / SOAP-based integrations, manage MID Servers, and leverage Integration Hub.
• ITOM & ITAM Expertise – Implement CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, and SAM.
• Presales & Consulting – Conduct client workshops, demos, and provide technical expertise for RFPs.
